Friendly and attentive staff.

I pre-paid my stay only to be told I hadn't. The hotel insisted on charging me again, which was incredibly frustrating. I ended up paying significantly more than expected, and no one seemed to care about the mix-up.

We had a fantastic family stay at this hotel! The breakfast spread was impressive, with plenty of choices to satisfy everyone, including my picky teenagers. Having Dinosaur World just a short drive away made it such an easy day trip. The lobby always smelled clean, and the ambiance felt welcoming.

My kids wished there were more entertaining activities for families to enjoy on-site. Also, more pool chairs would be great!

The Standard King Room was pretty nice. Bed was comfy, and it felt clean overall. Plenty of space to move around, which was a plus. The bathroom had everything I needed, but could’ve used a little more attention on the details. No big complaints, just little things that could make it perfect.

We had a lovely time during our stay, especially when the staff happily provided us extra towels and offered us late checkout on our last day. This hotel was just a perfect match for a brief sojourn in Plant City with all in all brilliant value for money.
